@mikael my cousins had it and I was so jealous as a kid. I finally aged 39 get to play it 😭🤣

For my teenager we held out till she was 12 before she got her phone. My 1 year old son has already for a phone so I can use my own phone again. He kept stealing mine to watch Cocomelon all the time 😳🤣

Monkey Island. I never got to play this as a kid. I ordered the floppy disks off eBay but they were duds… one gotek floppy emulator with usb drive full of disk images later …….

Ok this is so cool. Gotek floppy drive emulation replacing my old mechanical disk drive. I love vintage tech blended with new home brew tech 🥰

@mikael it’s the UI too as I can see the bubbles etc. Won’t take me long 🙂. I’m so done with mainstream. My mental health took quite a beating.

@mxtthxw@mastodon.online totally humans. Also the humans running commercial social media get greedy and morals go out of the window. I think fediverse helps release the control of one entity but still has the human usage factor. Let’s face it we can all be idiots at times. Well I can in my experience 😂😅

A week in from deactivating Facebook (the final mainstream social media I had left). I already know I will delete it fully. Just want to take some screenshots of messages from family who’ve passed before I delete myself from the Metaverse.
